Over the past 25 years Kevin E. Casey & Associates Pty. Ltd. has developed an effective network with other Building Professionals including Engineers, Surveyors, Interior & Landscape Designers, all coordinated from this office, and therefore producing a complete design service, ensuring your project a harmonious outcome.

It is our policy to form a design team with each of our Clients so that it's not just drawing what you say, or us dictating to you what you will have, but a team made up of you and Kevin E. Casey & Associates Pty. Ltd., to amalgamate your needs and our expertise to produce a project in which we all can be proud.

After 7 years of experience in commercial and residential projects for Builders and Designers, Kevin Casey commenced private practise in 1979, 2 years later in May 1981 the firm Kevin E. Casey & Associates Pty. Ltd. was incorporated.

Since then this firm has designed and documented over 700 projects, ranging from small residential additions to million dollar homes.

Our projects have won awards for the Builder and ourselves, but above all we endeavour to provide you the clients with a dwelling to which you are proud to invite your family and friends.

To this end, it is important that we keep abreast of design trends, as well as building materials and construction techniques.

This is not a quick process, but one that takes time and patience to develop your project.

Kevin E. Casey & Associates Pty. Ltd. has been involved in Heritage Conservation work, both residentially and institutionally.

The firm is also experienced in specialised commercial and industrial projects.
